Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the system development cycle including analysis, design, programming, testing and documented of various systems

To install, test and implement software packages

To work closely with a team of programming to produce technically sound program modules to fulfill the needs of the company 

To conduct user interviews, devise test scripts and conduct testing of application to ensure user's requirements can be adequately accomplished 


Requirements:

High Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience in web development using ASP

Sound knowledge in ASP, C#, HTML and JavaScript 

Familiar with RDBMS database such as MS SQL sever and Oracle 

Mature, well organized, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills 

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Assistant Manager -  Product Planning & Development

Responsibilities:

To be responsible in providing innovative ideas, concepts and solutions for our own branded consumer electronic products

To coordinate technology experts and sourcing partners from outside to drive product innovation, technology platform and new business development

To provide product specification, roadmap, design direction, layout and features for our product lines; to work closely with customers and internal departments in the entire product development cycle from selection of design to completion of product manuals

To conduct market research and analysis, estimate market size, study competitor products and strategies, distribution channels and consumer trends in order to make sure our product lines are competitive to the market


Requirements:

Degree holder in Product Design/Product Innovation Technology/Product Management/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

At least 5 years' working experience in product design & development or product management for consumer electronics products or home appliances

Practical experience in conducting market research and analysis is must

Have great interest and passion on design trends, gadgets and consumer electronics products

Able to communicate at all levels within the organization and work under tight deadlines; creative, innovative and well-organized with strong presentation, communication and interpersonal  skills

Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin); candidate with less experience can be considered as Product Planning & Development Officer

Business Development Executive (Oregon Scientific)

Responsibilities:

To be responsible in supporting and coordinating our global distribution business for own branded consumer electronics products

To provide excellent customer services on assigned accounts in order to generate more turnover and achieve business goals

To coordinate daily sales & marketing activities and purchase orders follow-up between customers and internal departments including product development, marketing, inventory, shipment and payment etc.

To create consolidate and maintain meaningful management reports and up-to-date data files including budget analysis, marketing analysis and sales performance

To collect and follow up the feedback from sales offices on new products and Go To Market Plan


Requirements:

University degree holder in Business/Marketing or equivalent

At least 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing/Sales/Distribution of international branded products

Experience in consumer electronics products and working with international customers is highly preferred

Independent, well-organized and sensitive to numbers; able to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with good analytical skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese); knowledge of a European language will be an advantage

Computer literate and good knowledge in MS Office applications

Immediately available is highly preferred

Executive Assistant (Oregon Scientific)

Responsibilities:

Provide full secretarial support to senior executives 

Arrange business meetings, video- & tele- conferences with internal and external parties

Answer phone calls and enquiries in a professional manner 

Prepare sales, management & analysis reports and related correspondences 


Requirements:

Diploma or above in marketing or secretarial training 

At least 3 years work experience in sales- or secretarial- support 

Previous experience in sizable companies or MNC is preferable

Strong communication skills, proactive, well-organized and independent 

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

Immediate available is preferred

Software Specialist - Consumer Electronics Products

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for software development including architecture design, programming and new product specification for consumer electronics products

To lead and manage the software development team to deliver consumer electronics product projects on time, within budget and of high quality standard

To plan closely and control software development schedule and provide technical advises to Product Marketing team

To work closely and coordinate with customers and cross functional teams within the company to ensure smooth operations or product development process

To update the team on the leading edge technology available in the market of our product category


Requirements:

Degree or above in Electronic/Computer Engineering or related disciplines

At least 6 years' solid experience in software development for consumer electronics products in sizable companies

Good working knowledge of circuit design & MCU programming

Experience with software development of home automation products is a must

Energetic, well-organized, result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

Frequent travel to Shenzhen office is required

Immediately available is highly preferred

Candidate with more experience can be considered as Section Head - Software Development
