Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:
To lead and manage the performance of the software development team, game design team, sound engineering team and content assurance team both in HK and Shenzhen to deliver Electronic Learning Product projects on time within budget and of high quality standard
To monitor and oversee the progress of the software related content development including all foreign language versions of our projects
To work closely and coordinate with customers and cross functional teams within the company to ensure smooth operations of product development process

To strengthen the capabilities of staff and to improve workflows and processes to drive for costs efficiency and effectiveness


Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Management
Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in coordination & development of game contents for Electronic Learning Products in which 5 years at supervisory level
Good understanding of toys industry and project management skills are essential
Strong leadership, self-driven, detailed-minded and resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A good team player with ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities:
To be responsible for technical activities on the interconnect commodities
To work with commodity team to identify and develop effective & reliable sourcing strategies
To conduct vendors and suppliers audit and evaluation to identify the reliable sourcing networks so as to improve the quality of the products
To conduct commodity technology roadmap alignment and provide support to sample testing parts qualification

Requirements:
Degree or above in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
At least 4 years relevant experience in sourcing/purchasing electronic parts for consumer electronic products with sound knowledge in interconnect commodities
Working experience in cross-cultural and sizable organizations is definitely an advantage
Able to read and understand engineering and technical graphs
Knowledge of SAP system or equivalent ERP system is preferred
Knowledge of PCB/PCBA, LCD module & electronic components is a plus

Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

To provide professional administrative and secretarial support to the President on daily operations

To liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on meetings and schedule arrangement
To provide daily administrative support to the department
To prepare business correspondence, reports, minutes and presentation materials with attention to detail and accuracy
To work on ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
University or college graduate majoring in Business Administration or related disciplines; formal secretarial training is highly preferable
Minimum 5 years solid experience in assisting senior executive in MNCs
Relevant working experience in manufacturing field will be an advantage
Outgoing, resourceful, self-initiative, independent, organized and able to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate available is highly preferred

Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:
To prepare weekly sales summaries and financial reports and inter-company reconciliation
To assit in the preparation of consolidated income statements, balance sheets and management accounting reports
To assist in preparation of results announcement and relevant documents to submit to HK Stock Exchange
To prepare weekly and inter-company reconciliation
To work on ad-hoc financial projects as assigned

Requirements:
Degree holder majoring in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
Semi-qualified accountant or finalist of HKICPA/ACCA
At least 1 year relevant experience in management accounting; preferably with experience in preparing consolidated group accounts
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Knowledge of SAP is highly preferred
Well-organized, analytical, responsible and self-inititative with good communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate available is an advantage

Commodity Officer

Responsibilities:
To assist in developing strategic sourcing and procurement strategies for the Group
To explore and develop in effective and reliable sourcing network so as to improve the quality and reliability of the products
To establish the sourcing matrix, supplier base consolidation and supplier management by commodities
To negotiate agreements including pricing, quality, leadtime, mode of shipment and payment terms
To identify and evaluate cost saving opportunities to achieve total cost reduction

Requirements:
Diploma or above in Purchasing or Business Management
At least 3 years related experience in purchasing/sourcing function in the consumer electronic product industry
Experience in sizable EMS companies would be highly preferred
Prove track record in supplier and commodity management with good understanding of the supply markets
Knowledge of SAP system or equivalent ERP system is definitely an advantage
Well organized, independent and result-oriented with good communication and negotiation skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Sales Officer

Responsibilities:
To develop and grow the sales business of electronic learning products to achieve sales target
To support and cooordinate daily sales activities, business development projects and project follow-up between customers and internal departments, such as engineering, production, logistic plans, goods delivery and payment collection
To provide customers service maintenance on assigned accounts and generate more projects turnover and new business
To perform market research & analysis in order to understand customer's need & requirements for achieving total satisfaction

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years relevant experience in sales & marketing support for consumer electronic products, preferably in handling electronic toys product
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills with high level of customer services techniques
Able to cope with fast changing environment and work under pressure
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
Immediate available is preferred

Assistant Merchandiser

Responsibilities:
To perform administrative duties in the team to ensure smooth daily operations
To conduct sourcing activities and product development duties for consumer electronics products
To follow up orders and sample requests from internal customers and suppliers
To assist in preparing shipping documents and arrange shipment with forwarders and vendors
To assist in conducting vendors/suppliers research and analysis

Requirements:
Diploma or above in Marketing/Business or related disciplines
1 year working experience in merchandising/electronic field is preferable
Previous exposure in sourcing consumer electronic products is a plus
Responsible, energetic and well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and Chinese word processing
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Product Executive

Responsibilities:
To assist the team to define the product specification, roadmap, design direction, layout and features for our weather station, timpiece & childcare products
To work closely with customers and internal departments on product development process from design concept to final production
To perform product life-cycle management function including product launch, phase in/phase out timing and positioning
To conduct market research and competitor analysis to make sure our product lines are competitive to the markets
To work on ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology/Engineering/Marketing or equivalent
At least 1 years experience in the field of consumer electronic products, preferably with product design and product management exposure, fresh graduate is also welcome
Good understanding in product management and product planning process
Able to communicate at all levels within the organization
Energetic, well-organized, dynamic with strong presentation and people managment skills
Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
